Description:
Sterile medicated paraffin gauze dressing impregnated with chlorhexidine acetate (0.5 %) designed to soothe and protect wounds while reducing the risk of infection. Low‑adherent base allows wound exudate to pass into a secondary absorbent dressing. Commonly used for minor burns, lacerations, abrasions and graft sites.

Directions for Use:
Cleanse wound and surrounding skin per clinical protocol. Using sterile technique, apply dressing contact layer directly onto wound. Cover with an appropriate secondary absorbent dressing and secure. Change frequency depends on wound condition; dressing may remain in place while the secondary layer is changed.

Storage:
Store in original, sealed packaging at room temperature below 25 °C, protected from light and moisture to maintain sterility until use.
